All merchandise remains our property until payment is fulfilled. SPANKSHIRT reserves the right to cancel, hold on to, or further investigate an order at suspicion, even if delivery time is affected. No other payment options in addition to those displayed at checkout is accepted. SPANKSHIRT holds the right to have minor deviations related how material, color, weight, measurements, or manufacturing, appear on our online shop. This also includes type faults, price and stock changes.

2 – Shipping & Delivery

All shipments are sent by DHL eCommerce Asia depending on the country you reside in. You will recieve a tracking link along with your Shipping Confirmation. The order will be sent to the address you enter at the checkout. SPANKSHIRT will dispatch the approved orders within 2 business days and in the order that they have been received.

The transit times given are average transit times, based on the transport to delivery to the recipient on experience.

Under the current terms of the DHL eCommerce Asia this is not a contractually guaranteed delivery period.

The transit times are always business days, beginning from Monday to Friday excluding customs clearance.

b. Customs and import fees

Custom duties and taxes on shipments are not included. We don t provide this service has it s different depending on the country.

If you are not satisfied or would like to exchange with any of the items you ordered, we provide a 14 days return policy. Item should be in new, unused condition. Buyer is responsible for all shipping charges related to return and exchange

Refunds

You will recieve your refund via the same payment method as when you placed your order. It may take up to 7 days before the money reaches your account.

Our returns policy

You have the right to cancel your purchases without giving any reason within a period of 14 calendar days after the day of delivery of the goods. The goods have to be undamaged and unused, with any labels or tags intact. Returns that are damaged or soiled, washed, altered or worn (other than to try the item on) may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer and/or a refund refused. All items returned should include the completed returns note with an order reference number and your contact details. Unidentified returns may not be eligible for a refund.

a. Faulty goods

Goods are faulty if they are received damaged or where a manufacturing fault occurs within six months of purchase. Items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. For faulty items SPANKSHIRT will make a full refund to you, including for return shipping, as soon as possible. Where possible, we will offer to repair faulty items. If it cannot be repaired or the same product is not available, you are entitled to a full refund including for shipping and return. If you would like to exchange a faulty item instead of obtaining a refund, please be aware that we can only replace it for the same product in the same size, subject to availability.

b. Claims

If the product is defect, damaged or if the return is due to a mistake made by us, we will in this case bear or reimburse the delivery cost. Please report the reclamation to our customer service before returning the product, then return the product together with your receipt.
