Due to the current global Coronavirus pandemic in many parts of Europe and the rest of the world, our delivery times may be extended due to the delays new border restrictions will cause.

 

Do You Deliver To My Country ?

We ship worldwide.

In case of war, civil war, revolution, riot, strike, lockout, blockade, natural disaster, measures by public authority or similar circumstances DEDICATED will apply to force majeure. This means that these delivery term can not or only partly be performed. If this occurs DEDICATED will try to inform you about this.

How Much Are Shipping Costs ?

Our delivery cost is free and is including a tracking number for all our products.

 

Do You Have A Maximum Order Value ?

Orders of a larger value generally exceeding $150/150€/£150 may be subject to additional checks before being processed. These checks are carried out by our fraud prevention teams in certain circumstances before processing.

 

What Payment Methods Do You Accept ?

We accept payment from PayPal.

 

How do I find my size ?

Please find chart size pop-up in every product listing.

 

What Format Can I Write My Address In ?

“Our system only recognise addresses written in the Latin Alphabet so we recommend providing your address in this format. Failure to do so could result in your delivery being delayed whilst we work to resolve the issue.

When Will My Order Be Dispatched ?

We aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours of the order being placed, subject to stock availability. If you have not received a dispatch email within 72 hours and we have not been in touch, please get in touch with our customer service team contact@spankshirt.com.

 

Where Is My Order And How To Track It ?

You can follow your package using our forwarder website, DHL eCommerce Asia (please find link below), with your tracking number received after your purchase.

All in stock items are dispatched within 48 hours of the order being placed and we aim to deliver your parcel within 5 to 21 working days from the date of dispatch. If you have not received your order within the stipulated timeframe, please contact our customer service team.

 

Can I Cancel My Order ?

“We aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours, subject to stock availability.  If you would like to cancel your order, we recommend getting in touch with our customer service team (contact@spankshirt.com).

If your order has already been dispatched, we will not be able to process a cancellation. Please follow the process on the returns page, for how to send your order back to us. “

 

I’ve received a damaged/faulty item, What Should I Do ?

If you have received an item that is damaged, incorrect, or not what you expected – please get in touch with us here. We will ask you to supply photographic evidence, and upon receipt, we will be able either arrange for a replacement or an exchange or a reimbursement.
